Went to vote at 9:20; was done by 9:40. The lines of early morning were gone, though there were more people there at that time than usual. We figure that the lines after most people get off work are going to be pretty long. But it wasn't bad, voting in Edgewood. Turnout is usually pretty high here, so it won't be a REALLY unusual day.
Then I went and got my free Starbucks coffee.

This is all so exciting! I'd say pinch me, but that expression gets misconstrued, plus I bruise easily. I'm guessing that I'm going to OD on coverage today.
7am: I was the first person in line at my polling place a few doors down from my place on Valencia Street (San Francisco). Already a long line when I left five minutes later. It's great to see everyone so engaged!
